MFB -- I wasn't even sure if you were still around. Glad to hear from you.
Although I remain a Bears fan even though I live in the land of cheddar, I think the Packers are the team to beat in the NFC North. The Bears offense is a mess. Sexy Rexy is a mess, but if you bench him, who do you bring in, Brian Griese? Of course, Lord Byron Leftwich is out there just begging for a job. Maybe the Bears could resurrect his carrer.
To make matters worse, Favre is on a mission. And unlike last year, he has some talent around him.
Of course, until the baseball season is over, I don't pay attention to the NFL, so I could be completely wrong about this.
MFB -- we are 4 games into the season, I don't think I would buy my superbowl tickets just yet. Besides, Farve is an old man. 10 bucks says he wears out before the end of the year !!!!!
By the time Favre wears out, the Bears will have dumped Griese, given up on Orton and brought in two or three bums off the street! I bet someone in the front office has Jeff George on speed dial!!!
OK WFB, I have been waiting for this posting to be removed or at least change the name of the posting??? Oh well, at least Favre has the all time interception record to go along with his others now!!
